Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.
 
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based off of weight and your location!
 
What do you mean by pre-order?
Some of our products are made in house and on a pre-order bases. Once you place your order we'll place a bulk order of that specific product and make it for you. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your item to be shipped. (usually more so around just a week!) 
 
Can I change an order after it has been placed?
Please contact me via instagram or email:  support@lovaticwear.com / @lovaticwear as soon as possible so I can make the changes you need to your order. 
 
My address was entered wrong, what do I do?
Contact us immediately via email:  support@lovaticwear.com or instagram dms to get it straightened out. If the package has already been shipped it is out of our control. We are not responsible for the incorrect address. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will send over a refund once we have the item but shipping charges will not be refunded. If we receive the item back you will need to pay shipping for the order to be resent to the correct address.
 
I forgot to add a product to my order, can you add it?
Yes we can, please contact us VIA DM on instagram, we will send you over an email to complete the payment for the rest of the products added to your order.
 
What’s your return & exchange policy?

Due to COVID-19  and being a small business we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. Once your order has been processed then shipped, it is out of our control. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays you will need to contact USPS so they can best serve you.

What's your refund policy?

We will send over a refund if there's an issue (damaged, defective) with your order within 14 days of your order being delivered. If you do not receive your order due to an issue with USPS we will send you over a refund EXCLUDING shipping costs as soon as we receive it back!

  Why did I only receive a part of my order?
You may receive 2 packages depending on what you order. Certain products that we offer are made at a fulfillment center and shipped to you directly from there. Some other products are produced in house and shipped from our home. This will explain why you may not receive a personalized thank you card, freebie, etc.  
 
I think my order might be lost in the mail!
If you are trying to track your order and you notice that it is not moving or marked as delivered when you know it hasn’t been, you may file a claim with USPS. Or any other postal service that was used. You can use this link to file a claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
